Why aren't elephants allowed?
Edit: never mind, I now noticed it's under "suggestions".![]()
Once upon a time, in EB history, there was a period when almost only pictures with elephants won the competitions. So a rule was made, that you should not post pictures with them, because it became boring. Now in EB modern era it is no rule, but still a suggestion. An echo from the ancient times of EB ;-)

Many thanks to Hooahguy for this great sig.
Cool thread, Duguntz.
Too bad I haven't been able to get screenshots from EB for the life of me.![]()
madoushi,
just turn off anti-aliasing then 'printscreen' will drop a tga file into the tga folder in your game folder.
hooahguy,
who won ?... well, lets say I was on the side that made the winning side possible.....
Arthur,
I think I was playing the Getai on this particular occasion, but losing in those northern forests is not uncommon in my campaigns so it could be Rome or Lusotani
cheers,
Pobs

Pobs, I don't use anti-aliasing, and I've tried Prnt Scrn, Ctrl+Prnt Scrn, Alt+PrntScrn, Shift+Prnt Scrn and every other combonation I could think of. Ctrl+Prnt Scrn works for most games, but I can't take screenshots for the life of me in Total War. :(
Press Print scrn and then CTRL ALT Delete. And paste it into paint and save it.
Tried that. Every time, it says there's nothing in the clipboard to paste.
Otroligt roligt, eller kanske inte/To je prekrasno, ili možda ne ... I don't use fraps cause those annoying yellow number in the corner are well annoying, plus when I said that I couldn't help him no more, I meant that because I who almost never use crappy fraps or any other such program would not be able to give advice on that and someone who use it can give advice on it. Hopefully I have now made mai self clear.

Indian Burial Grounds
I know its cheap to use elephants but after getting my ass handed to me in India I wanted to submit this one.
I took this after my disasterous seige of Opiana in India on my Sel Campaign. One of my few defeats against the AI.... Mainly due to the fact i wasnt prepared to face 166 Elephants the AI had there. Did not take into account Inida's Generals Elephant Bodyguard which is seen here. I manged to kill off all the elephants but they devestated my men to such a degree i couldnt manage to kill the rest of the indian footmen in the center of town. I had armored elephants of my own and the rest of my army were Indian raised guild warriors, Inidan Bowmen and spearmen...

I think they are fed for days!
But I have a Seleukid campaign too and I got all three cities with a half stack. I starved them and then had them come out on the last turn. Of course my army was fully equipped with javelins.
