    The man you should ask (And I should ask... Would love the mod my self) is retep129. Who can be found on post 1212 of the AI faction Progress thread in the AAR and guides section.
    He mentions tweaked movements, and he successfully blitzed with Getai, conquering heck of a area in 25 seasons.
