Default No march of time - what instead?

There will be no March of Time - Event in EB II, which is a good thing, because your reform does not depend on the surviving of another faction. Will now every faction have its own reforms?

I believe each faction could be given reforms by the early/middle/late-division of MTW2. Seeing the team already implemented this (take a look at the units in the Boii preview), I guess other reforms, and particularly the Marth of Time from RTW, are unnecessary. If we are to see any EB1-like-reforms at all, I guess these would handle the inclusion of specific units (like the TAB, the hellenic cataphracts,...).

I haven't played MTW2, but IIRC there are some events like invention of gunpowder or discovery of America that could be transformed to some kind of global reforms.
