CTD Winter 171

I only get to play EB once per week so to get this far in a campaign has taken me a year. Now getting CTD at end turn which I suspect has something to do with rioting in a recently conquered settlement Bacagos. 2 questions;

1. If this settlement is the problem how do i stop it rioting? Will add_population -4000 work and if it will are the settlement names as they appear on screen? And is this likely to be the problem as I've had many a riot in newly captured territory.

2. If the problem is an ai settlement which is rioting how would I know that as when I toggle fow although I see the whole map clicking on enemy settlements just shows question marks. No doubt I am missing some obvious way of sorting this out.

That was of course 4 questions, just cant stop myself once I get started

Hope someone can give a few pointers, dont fancy losing all that progress.

The internal and external names for the settlements are identical, so just type add_population SETTLEMENT -4000 ; this works fine, if you want to speed up the building queue type process_cq SETTLEMENT ;i.e. to build law buildings and/or temples

It is normal to see just question mark after toggling the fow, but that doesn't matter. The sign for rebellion is always there (I mean the pitchfork).


If you can't solve the problem on your system, you may want to upload a save-game so I can give it a try at my build.

Thanks XS. Probably wont be firing up EB till next week so if I cant get it working I will upload a save as suggested.
