Startup problems

Firstly, hi! I have a problem. I have a RTW 1.5 version but it works with a no-cd crack. I have installed EB 1.1 and 1.2 and i think i have done it correctly. When i double click the shortcut it goes to the first screen with the EB image and then it kicks me out. I installed everything from the beginning and also installed the 1.2 fixes but i just can't do it. I have run the validator and it gives me many missing, changed and added files. What can i do? How can i fix it? Thanks in advance guys.

Out of topic question, byt what are the reforms?

What do you mean exactly with "kicks you out"? The game crashes or the game seems not to be responding?

The latter is normal and you'll just have to wait.

Maybe someone esle can help you with the crashes - though perhaps too little RAM?

I read about the possibly slow reaction of the game. It's not that. Just after i double click the shortcut, the EB image appears and it sends me immediatly back to the desktop. As for the reforms, could you give me a link? Thanks.
