It's probably worth a lot more. I can't buy, at least for now, from the Internet. I wouldn't mind paying the 20 or 30 euros for the game. So there is nothing that can be done for my case?

Depending where you live, you can go to the nearest software-shop or electronic market and see if you can order it there manually.

So if i buy the original and patch it to 1.3 and then to 1.5 EB will work? But if i use a patch won't i need a new exe? I just don't know a lot about patching and stuff.
If you know buy a version of RTW, either stand-alone or in conclusion with BI or ALEX they should be already patched to 1.5, so no need to patch anything. If you like EB, and you get that for free, I'm sure you can spend some money for RTW.

Sorry to bother you but, if it's v1.0, for example, and i download the 1.3 and 1.5 patches and patch the game it will still work with the original cd, right? Here in Greece where i come from it's a bit difficult to find old games in newer versions. The stores just pull out of their stock any copy that's left so...
The serial is not changed during the patching progress, so get whatever version you can get and patch it to 1.5
Just get a original RTW.

Not necessary to get the ORIGINAL RTW... there are people () who use a pirated version of the game a no-CD or crack, patch it correctly and install EB, maybe you didn't patch it correctly, before buying the game try reisntalling everything and verify that it patches correctly
