idea for help?

hi guys. I see all the time, as I saw again today, that the team needs a lot of skinners and modellers.
I am sure you have thought of that, but there are really a lot lot of institutions around the world that offer an uducation as computer game developer and stuff. Maybe these people would appreciate a cooperation with you. For example, I study management, and my school has a lot of dealings with companies. We do our internships there, we make projects with the companies, and at the end everyone is happy. We get our education and meaningfull and usefull projects done, we gain practical experience, the school gains prestige because they helped a serious company with their precesses, and the companies (you in this case) get a lot of free help.
Why dont you contact some of these schools and start assigning tasks at their students?

In my honest opinion, I think if the team did that it would take away some essence of the phrase 'fan-based mod'. I think as a fan-based mod it should only be done by the fans (ie. the EB team). Mind you I am not on the EB team, this is just my opinion. I am, as you are, a fan on the forums.

i had considered this i´m sure there are many educational art institutions who wouldn´t mind setting up some group works for the best modellings and skinings

i mean it´s something new the problem might be that the schools most of the time like to have copyright and author rights over their students work done during their educational period (or so i was told when i saw a few of my university works being used by some of my teachers in their payed works ... )
