So I have been trying to fix this, but nothing seems to work. I have restarted, reset settings, tried different things and I still keep getting CTD's on my Romani Campaign at 210. As soon as I press the end turn button the CTD happens. And I'm so far along that I don't want to restart. So I need help anyone. Please someone help me.

Did you follow he advices given in the frequent issues? In most of the times a revolting settlement is causing the game to crash.
You may want to upload a save so I can give it a try at my build. In that case, tell me which exe you are using and if there are any sub-mods installed.
