Problem with Pixel Shader

I'm trying to launch a game, named "PointBlank"
on my CPU.
but when I launch it, this happens:

any help?
my system:
3.2 Ghz Processor
1.2 GB RAM
Intel Pentium 4
Windows XP Proffesional

The question is, what graphics card do you have?

Pixel shader has nothing to do with your CPU, my guess would be that the game requires Pixel Shader 3 or so and your graphics card just supports Pixel Shader 2.
