Greece, whichever faction I happen to be playing. Gotta love all the tightly packed cities. As the Brutii in one game I was cranking out an entire legion (half stack) every two turns from the Peloponese. Poor Pontus never knew what hit 'em.

hmmm this is kind of a tough decision...probably my favorite region in the game is definitely Greece, lots of action in the beginning and after you've crushed whatever opposition there may be, it turns into the major cash cow for pretty much any empire. Also any land armies are forced to go through narrow choke points making it easy to defend. What more could you ask for? :)
