Default Average time for AI Romans Marian reforms?

I know this isn't the kind of thing most people would notice unless they happen to be fighting the Romans late game, but would anyone happen to recall how long it took the AI Romans to hit the Marian reforms in any of their games? I'm starting a new game where I want to give them time to build up while avoiding the Vigiles spam that occurs after the reforms. A Carthage game I had where my Hannibal equivalent marched into Italy to face full stacks of Vigeles plus one or two units of real infantry was rather disappointing...
