Juyo allows double-bladed lightsaber combat.

According to Wookieepedia:

Darth Maul, a Juyo practitioner, used the form against Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi on Naboo.

That was when he was using his double-bladed saber, so he was using Juyo for that. In this game, Juyo can be single or double-bladed.
