    Default Multi-name character_reset?

Ok so say you have someone named "Solomon of Vienna" or something like that. How would you use the character_reset command on him or any other person like this, for that matter?

P.S. this applies to both RTW and M2TW

Best way to do it is by typing character_reset "this" with the appropriate character selected.

    Hope that helps.

unfortunately no it did not help. Maybe names like that don't apply with the command...

    character_reset "Solomon of_Vienna" or character_reset "Solomon ofVienna"

That should work. You should check the names.txt file. There are all the names that the game uses. Just find the appropriate one.
This could be difficult with M2TW but should be easy to do in RTW.

descr_names.txt file is actually better since it gives names by faction.

    In RTW:
    C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\data\descr_names.txt

    In M2TW:
    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\descr_names.txt

M2TW needs to be unpacked before you can see most of the files. There should be unpacker in the M2TW tools folder.

"MSVCP71.dll is missing. Reinstall the program." What do I do here?
