It's probably hard for your Basileus to explain that to his generalswell i am supposed to be doing a seleucid AAR, wouldnt be much good, if i was to cheat :P, i may have to though because as i said iv tried countless battles with countless generals to get this reform to trigger :S

Oh my god, i think that is the first time in human history that someone cares to explain an acronym that people expect everybody to know in advance.
I lived for three years not knowing what AAR is.
