I have been banned from the Backroom more times than I care to admit, generally for rather contraversial views mixed with an inability to play well with others. The last one was for well over a year, and there won't be another. It is nothing to be proud of or to brag about, as it highlights immaturity more than "rebel" status.

I find it much more challenging to attempt to make every post respectful, well thought out, and actually contribute meaningful content to the discussion. Even after such a long ban, it is difficult not to fall into old patterns, but the rewards are more worthwhile than getting the last word in a flame war before the thread is closed.

Im the very definition of a rebel without a cause, Authority hating, underdog loving... but I can't be overly nasty to others (a personal flaw that will take some work) and I have matured a bit in my twenties (an irreversable trend i fear) At best I can manage to be a little sarcastic and harsh with my choice of words and even then I feel stupid for lowering myself to petty human emotions...

Also like to add that scottish guy with the funny name is now my favourite poster thanks to this thread and the world cup one...
