ok two shows for you to look up, both on Hulu:

Life- this is by far one of the best cop shows i have ever watched, i have watched many. the entire series is on Hulu until september, so take advantage now!

Standoff- a short but sweet series only lasting 18 episodes, but all of them are great. the acting is great, and is just a great, tense show to watch.

also you should look up Burn Notice and Castle.
