be careful though, your battle hardened generals will most likely have sons that will imitate them, train them as battle generals too to maximize the stars gained!!!

I think it's "sated warmonger" not "satisfied warmonger", and my recollection is that it gives you some modest bonuses and has no negative aspects. I've never seen it reverse back to warmonger once a warmonger has been sated but maybe that depends on the faction. Given that a hostile bordering faction will virtually never make peace, I've usually never had any difficulty helping my warmongers sate their lust for battle.

Why getting rid of it? you prefer your generals to be fattass politician that discuss about philosophy in countless orgies? Warmonger is one of the only trait that makes them real men!
Opinions are like bacteries : we all have, but it's better to keep them for ourself... (By me!)

Real men are not something like a beast that only wants to kill. I also don't want my generals to be fat and discuss things all year round. I trying to make those general into something of balance. You know, men who know about becoming a politician and also knows how to become a warrior when the time for war comes.
