I think cpdwane that our Empress is facing a load of work as Curator when she gets back to the TWC. On the bright side no new proposals to monitor, and if the crash was really bad maybe no old ones to worry about either!

Hopefully this will be resolved before the UN has to be called in for a major refugee incident. Food and water is already becoming a problem and the Org toilets are quickly becoming a sorry state.

I was going to say it looks like they have managed to get the server back on its feet but the database looks as if it needs restoring/rebuilding.

I believe this has been down now for 5 days, it was down on Friday and all over the weekend, Monday and today (Tuesday) and in 20mins it will be Wednesday here in the UK.

I was so desperate to on Sunday to bump my failed date thread with news of successful date I had with a very nice girl who I'm meeting again this Saturday, I also need to update my weight lose thread but now I forgotten how much I weighed on Saturday morning! Also I have an idea for an alternative 'babes' thread which I think had a good chance of getting approval.

It turns out the server chose to go down while Gren was away on vacation for 3 days hence why it's been down for so long.

Could it be the gods test us, removing us from our gluttony of TWC? Could it be punishment, for failing to offer the right sacrifices or some other reason, or could it be a sign that all are missing?

Whlist suffering real bad TWC "Cold Turkey", i thought someone in the world must know whats going on, so i googled "Total War Center not working" and the 3rd or 4th result was this very refugee camp.

After shadowing this topic for a few days, one realised that i wasnt missing TWC as much, that i was actually enjoying the light hearted convo here about our suffering, and that indeed the suffering was now less!

Surely, this is the gods telling us to register and participate here more frequently as a good thing, not removing us from TWC as a bad thing. Or maybe im one of the certified TWC insane!

Funny thing, when i thought "screw it, ill post a comment on that thread" and i went to register, i saw my username was taken! Its pretty obscure, so i thought, maybe i already reg here before and lo'and behold i had. Again, is this another sign we all belong here, that our refugee status should now become asylum seeker, or immigrant, or indeed citizen?

On the chat thing, Simetrical said he's rebooting the server. He said it will take maybe a couple of minutes, but it won't be back straight away.

Having said that, I think even if all you refugees logged on at once, that would still only be a fraction of the TWC's traffic.
