For me, either the original EB themes or "Classical" music, covering the period from Medieval times to ca. 1900 AD. Or traditional music that is not overdone and horribly distorted by 19th or 20th century zeitgeist.
Most movie soundtracks just suck. Excepting stuff by Ennio Morricone of course.

Ugh. That song is far more suitable for Gaesatae, especially if you take into account its title...

Well I think this goes with pretty much anything: probably my favorite classical composition.
