    Okay, install it outside Program Files. It would be best to try other partition, but if you don't have, it's enough to put the game just in the "C:\RTW" or something...

    My last attempt was to just put it on C: Would it be a good shot to try install it to D: ?

    Yes, but you need to launch the installer by right-clicking on it and choosing "Run as Administrator". This is important.

    I installed it to the D: drive, installed through administrator and attempted to run through administrator and the same message appeared.

    Hmm, strange, but there's one more option for you to try.

    First, read the How to take Ownership of a File in Windows Vista guide and follow instructions. It's short and comprehensive. It should give you full ownership of the folder where the game is installed.
