Will my laptop be able to run this?

I want to buy NTW but I'm not sure if it will run smoothly on my laptop.

I had an 'accident' (water) with my laptop and I'll be buying a new one next week. I'm deciding between 2 laptops. My question: will one of those be able to run Napoleon Total War?

Processor: AMD Mobile Athlon Dual Core M300
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD4570 512MB
4 GB RAM
Windows 7

Second one:

AMD Mobile Turion X2 Dual-Core RM70
ATI Mobility Radeon HD4570 512MB
4 GB Ram
Windows 7

If it will be able to run on one of these, which one should I pick?
If it isn't possible, why not and what should I buy so I can?

It could run decently on medium...my pc has lower specs than that and it still can run NTW on medium...occasional lag though

What should be improved to run it on higher settings?

And do you think I will be able to run it on medium without lag?
