In the stickied thread "Changing the MTW "Campaign Map" you said -

"To Q2, nope, the new maps can be smaller, larger or the same size, doesn't matter as long as you get everything else right. Anyways, I've been messing around with it more recently, soon I may be able to give you some information about re-making it all."


Have you any proof of this? Don't misunderstand me - I'm not calling you a liar Basicaly -

Q: Have you done this?
Q: If so what were the new dimensions (width*height) of you map(s) that showed up in MTW?
Q: did you change BOTH the LukMap.lbm and the Maptex.tga?
Q: what did you use to create your TGA?

I personally have not done this, it was simply said because I presume it is possible as maps only need the correct amount of regions etc, I believe that the maps can be any size as long as you have the right amount of provinces and sea regions etc.

I will look into this however.
