Character cheat

Hi, I've been waiting for 70 turns for a appropriate character to appear in order to start my role playing campaign. . .and im sick of waiting. . .
Is there a cheat/way to change traits/characteristics/picture or add a completely new character into the game?

With give_trait you can add all possible traits and I once read somewhere it is possible to add a new character via the script. Do a forum search both is decribed in the forum, the give_trait cheat several times.
