Default So my son's moving out...

... at summer's end when his term (dream)job ends and he heads back to university.

He is bringing up a quote from Genghis Khan from some video game AoE and I'm unsure what to make of it. Hopefully it's just a phase and he spends less time playing that 10 year old game.

On the plus side, I hope it will make it easier for him to get girls to come over to his place for a visit now.

    I can't sleep.

rofl... I just came back to the Frontroom from Meth's thread when I saw this thread's title.

If what you say is true, he may be about to have a bit of an identity crisis concerning his heritage...

You need to give you son a bit of a beating. The whippersnapper is out of his place.

Don't forget to tell him that you love him! And to bring a towel.

Makes you want to wonder why you bothered in the first place.

Me? I was fifteen and full of Jack Daniels!
There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

Always let him carry gifts, small mirrors and necklaces you get it. Not too much or he'll ruin their culture

There was no Genghis Khan in AoE, however he was in AoEII, and , contrary to popular opinion, playing videogame is not the way to get a girlfriend.
    I can speak from experience...
