Tourney/Chapter house valor bug ?!

Greetings everyone,

I've been playing M2TW Kingdoms as the Principality of Antioch and noticed a strange bug it seems (it's been awhile since I played any total war games).
In Mosul I have a Tourney Field which gives +2 valor bonus for knights recruited there and St John's Headquarters which give another +4, so I should have 6 valor knights coming out of there - and this is confirmed by the unit cards in the citadels' recruitment screen, i.e. freshly recruited Knights Hospitaller should have 6 valor.

However, when I do recruit them - they come out totally green, i.e. no valor at all ! In rare cases of stars aligning the knights (Hospitaller, of Edessa, of Antioch) do come out with 6 valor - but I haven't figured out under what conditions this happens.

Please tell me what's going on, cuz I've stopped building all the Tourney buildings and this bug definitely annoys me. HAs anyone else had the same experience ?

This is a known bug. If you save at the end of the turn those units won't get their experience points. The trick is simple: first save and then fill your recruitment cues and hit end turn.
