I guess I'll play. The only NotW game I've been in was as a replacement player...and I did a terrible job. Don't know how active I can be, since I have Zelda Mafia to run, but I assure you I can at least vote every day and use my night ability (if I have one.)

They're not as scary and unfamiliar as you would think. Since my first mafia game WAS a NotW, I didn't really see the difference. But, there are a few differences.
For one, EVERYTHING is done in roleplay. Everything. Don't say mafia, say werewolves. Don't say scanner, say prophet.
The only other major difference is that the universe is based off Fall from Heaven, a Civilization mod. Follow the link in the OP if you want to know more about it.

Throw away all the data you've got regarding the Civ Fanatics player.
They will be twice as scary in NotW.

Only twice? :) But seriously, I at least play quite differently in NOTWs than in Mafias. Partially because in NOTWs, or CFC mafia games for that matter, I always seem to be scum, whereas here, I almost never am. I suppose this game will resolve the question of whether it's the style or the website ;)

I just tend to go all-out insane if I'm still aloive by day 2-3 due to paranoia, no matter the role, and racking everyone down with or without proper reasoning
