changing unit appearence

This may be a modding-newbie-question but I didn`t find it in the FAQ.
I tried to mod Genoese Sailors, so they have crossbows. I changed the body type (that of archers) to that of crossbowmen. The weapon is also changed. But now, they don`t look like crossbowmen when they appear in battle but like half vertical half horizontal militiamen. Did I oversee something?

Textures\Men\Actionspage

Copy the crossbow actionpage change the name
to GenoeseSailors

Textures\Men\MsHelm
do the same with the crossbows.txt

Textures\Men\items\shield1
Textures\Men\items\weapons4
do the same with the crossbows folder

Then you must change bodytype from
PESTUNIC to MSHELM in the prod11.tx
and the other relevent data.

or make a new unit and call it GenoeseCrossbow

add an entry in
loc\eng
names.txt
description.txt

and add an info_pic and review_panel .bif

in the campmap folder.

and all the other files mentioned
