Ernst of Melk rises to speak on behalf of the Prinz.

As a reward for his excellent service thus far, Prinz Leopold would like to elevate Elberhard von Essen to Count of Tyrol, granting him Innsbruck as his personal fiefdom until such a time as it ceases to form part of Osterreich, at which point he will be granted another territory.

Also, Herr Harold Merode has decided to leave Osterreich and join the House of Brandenburg-Bohemia. We wish him well in his future employ.
