HUGE PROBLEM

Hey guys I just installed RTW: Barbarian Invasion. I played it and almost instantly got bored of it, so I went to play RTW. I turned on the came and tried to start a Scythian Campaign. The game instantly exited. I tried this several times. I went to uninstall barbarian Invasion and things got even worse. I tried starting RTW on my desktop and it said this does int belong here wanna delete it? I checked and RTW was no longer on my PC. I went to the uninstall thing on vista and it said it was there..but the icon for RTW was a M2TW icon. So it's not on my PC..but it is?! So I have to reinstall the hole thing over again. So if your confused ask me what you didn't get. If anyone knows solutions, or what this problem is or how it occurred, please reply I'm pissed I have to restart my Macedonian Campaign and all that shit. I had a Brutii campaign that I wiped out the entire map. So please guys need your

your save file should still be there

Yeah It is thank god :) but it was so annoying

If you had original RTW as well as gold edition it might do something like that, I've got both and usually you should unistall RTW original, keep the save files, install Gold edition and tranfer. It looks like you've sorted it now from what I got from your last post though .

i tried to reinstal windows but its same i bought a new grap card and still its same

That was unbeliveable! I have never seen anything like that before!!!

Are you sure its not a corrupted install? like did the game work fine before you installed the new graphics card?

Is your graphics card updated with the latest drivers? What graphics card do you currently have installed? And your english is just fine :)

witch graphic card you had??? and is this probleme is on other total war games too??

the game is quite old so maybe the problem is the compatibility ... i Had the same problem when i run stronghold 2 with nvidia 9800 1GB
