Shogun MP Tournament History

Can anyone recall the Tournament History from the first game.

I'm pretty sure Magy won the one of the first 1v1 tounrys as Subadai Lives and then RageBlaze won Elmo's 1v1 tourny.
MaskedTerror won another which I can't recall if that was the one Kocmoc organized?

I also have vague memories of a 2v2 tourny that Yuuki won.

Be nice to recap some of the history.

Also does anyone have a screeny of the old ladder?
