As for the Time of Soldiers: 6 Large Temples, 6 Large Markets and 4 Large Cities.

Build the last level of temple(fortified), and the last level of markets in several max size cities. It counts for all Gauls, so you probably only need a few unless the Arverni and Aedui are beaten up by the Romans.

Here's the proper data
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 6 (forum)(L3 Market) collectively
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 4 Large Cities collectively
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 6 Large Temples ('awesome' level)(L3 Temple) collectively
