FAKESERVER IS BACK

Should be running, but i see the ll green light pic isnt here so may be a forwarding problem all of a sudden.
But its probably just my file share.

Ok io had a look, I was defraging the server pc other day, and when it was not in windows the router decided to use the next available pc to forward too. So i had to change that back from "fat-one" to "ShambleS"

All fixed now, sorry for any problems it may have caused..
In future i will run the fake server on the other pc's as well. so if it happens again, and i dont notice for a while it wont be an issue for users.

A friend and I occasionally talk about getting back into some multiplayer stuff, but I have no game consoles, and he plays few computer games. But every time we talk about it he mentions Shogun, so I finally decided to get a copy of it so we could try it. I’m new to the genre, so I’m probably just going to get my butt handed to me, but I’m still looking forward to it. Thank you for hosting a server, it seems to be the only one!

Hello, i'm having the same problem of not being able to start the game, it just puts up the splash screen and then nothing happens. I have been playing shogun since it got out, and decided to try a little online action ;p
Anyhow, i'm using win 7 64x, i don't have the starforce drivers (as one post sugested the fix), yet i still have the same problem :S

Update:
I fixed it, run the 1.02 warlord patch (even tho i had gold), and started the game with shogunw.exe
