I think that Romans are deffinitely a bigger threat here than Sweboz... But to get rid of those full stacks, stand on a bridge. Btw, this always works if the bridge is on their ground. If it is on a border, right-click on the bridge to see whose ground it's on. If enemy's, deploy.
