1. That Legionary cohorts will be reduced to 80 men per unit and Hellenic Phalangists will be reduced to 100 men per unit (Large setting). For because based on the MP experience when fighting with Western barbarian factions against the Roman and Hellenic factions then the former always gets outnumbered and they don‘t have as good morale in outlasting them for some time.
2. That Celtic and Sweboz factions will have their cheap/medium units increased by 20 men per unit so that they can apply a mob tactics against the civilized factions. It does not include high tier units or elite units (like Neitos, Solduros, Mori Gaesum, and such units) but rather the half-naked/light units. But this will never go beyond 120 men for the spear units are mostly already that much.
3. That Western barbarian factions (Celtic, Lusotana, Sweboz) can have an additional slinger units which is armoured in a similar way like the rhodian slingers but their damage and range can be unchanged. This is so these faction can stand any chance to survive the Hellenic and Nomads archers for some time so that they can give a practical support without being too strong to have some missile duel. In regard to Balearic slingers then it can be rasied the question whether they did always throw big rocks or not, for a +1 in damage (in comparison to the hellenic slingers) is a rather double edged blade since their range and ammo gets drastically reduced.
4. In regard to unit mass then even that some units have a good stats and such then it can be improper to apply them with other units which take more space on the battlefield since it disrupts the formation in whole (like see how Milnaht and Mori Gaesum take too little space in comparison to the Neitos and Iberian scutari). So either the former units should be changed to take more space on the battlefield or that there will be some short-cut key option to change it in battle.
5. In regard the alt-key option for using an alternate weapon then it can complex the situation if you are using two kinds of cavalry where one type of units have a lance as the default weapon while the other cavalry type has a throwing missiles for their default weapon (like Leuce Eipos), for in the heat of battle when you have both types of cav selected and order them to attack with alt-key then their weapons get mixed. So maybe it could be an option with some short-cut key that you can decide which weapon is the default and which is the secondary.
