Any way I can get a copy of the game that is already fully patched?

I would need:

Patch 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, correct?

There is a 1.0-1.2 patch then you download a 1.2-1.5 patch

Edit: And it looks like, in the recent days they have updated that. Here is a 1.5 that updates from any version. Very big download.
