random graphics crash-NEED HELP!

Hello, I'm new to the forum and am in need of some help!!! I purchased M2TW about a month ago...played fine up until a couple of days ago. I have tried everything I can think of. It happens on kingdoms as well. I have up to date patches 1.02(no online play) and 1.05 for kingdoms...drivers updated and system more than capable of playing the game...It just flickers then has a crazy multi patterned, multi colored display than freezes my whole computer..I searched for a fix here, so i apologize if this has been addressed already...as we speak, i'm rolling back my driver and trying lower graphics settings..thanks for your time!

These are the files that windows had a problem with???
Could it be that i just have a bum copy of the game???
