... I'm running out of friends. Most moved out of town, or are working full-time and taking classes (zombie students), or pregnant.

As a result, I have no plans this weekend. This is probably a good thing, as it means I don't have anything other to do than catch up on my studies BUT I need more friends to kill time. How do I go about making friends next week?

join some sort of social network that have come together for a common interest, such as joining a band (if you can play an instrument), take up a sport (preferably a team sport: ultimate frisbee FTW!), etc, those sorts of things, you'll make new friends that hopefully aren't always busy! Hopefully!
alternatively, you can organise some sort of social gathering of your own at a time that best suits the majority of your friends.

if all else fails, you can just do what your current friends are doing; move out of town, take up a job as well as an educational course, and finally get pregnant.

As for getting a girl pregnant, chances are that it already happened. Perhaps several times. Hopefully not, though.
