Nomad Client Ruler

Playing as Sauromatea, where is the first settlement I should be able to build a lvl 4 government to recruit a client ruler. I just want to make sure the fix I downloaded before startign the campaign is working before I get too far in only to realize I need to re download the fix and start new campaign?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with this aspect of EB'S gameplay, but if you moved the files to the correct place, if you received an "Do you really want to overwrite ?" message from Windows and if you not have EB installed under Program Files if you are using Vista/Win7, then I see no problem why this particular fix shouldn't work in your new started campaign.
