    Default Kinddoms of Alamur: Reckoning

Never heard of this title until it popped up in steam update news. Love it when that happens.

So when I first saw it I thought: "Oh god, another Divinity game".
When I did some research, since I had heard nothing about this title, I got pretty excited. I mean it's no Skyrim or ME/Dragon Age (in terms of RPG), but heck, it looks fun! Nice combos, lot of playstyles (or so they say), monsters look good, nice animations. It looks kind of kiddy, but it's also bloody and has decapitations and brutal stabs; weird combo but it works for me.

The steam demo is out now.

I tried the demo and I had some problems with the camera, but got accustomed to it soon. I believe the release is in February. I might buy it if the story is any good (which I sadly doubt) and when the price drops some. I mean, €50,- for Skyrim is doable but for this I'd rather wait for the price to drop to a 20,- to 30,- euros.

    15 minutes of impression:

That's Torchlight from third person's view. It could go either way: Too shallow or addictively fun.

Hopefully I'll delve more into it tomorrow and see what the guys from Big Huge Games have been working on.
