Thanks CivFan - and welcome to the Org.

I really wish they would show a different battle in their dog-and-pony shows, but the campaign map demo was quite interesting - and new! I love that the assassination videos are back and that there will be a greater variety of outcomes. While the map look gorgeous, I found myself feeling a little let down seeing the 3D map in action, no doubt left over feelings from my negative experiences with it in RTW. From what others have said, the 3D map has improved in later TW games, so I can hope that is how I'll feel about it too.
