To change faction in the middle of a game?

I'm currently expanding the Romani into Greece and Lower Gaul. Carthage remains an ally, but what would be interesting is to leave Rome in healthy state and try and execute a fight-back using one of the beleagured Greek factions. ie - change the faction part way through.

Is this a possibility?

I think it is, comething concerning perfect_spy script. I don't know how though, there is a thread about it somewhere.

Did you look up Hax's Civil War guide? I think that one mentions it too.
