Recruitability and EDB changes

Hello, I had an idea so that gameplay as KH (or any hellenic faction for that matter) be better.

Following changes to EDU and how to make them

Spartiates Hoplitai: Recruitable with lvl 5 (or at least lvl 3 if able only to be recruited in Sparta) KH Factional Barracks (hidden resource Sparta? I guess? ); recruitable with lvl 5 Regional barracks (as Epeiros, Makedonia, Arche Seleukeia, Pontos and Ptolemaioi) (Maybe Ptolemaioi as lvl 4 or 3, since they were allies with the Achaean Leage) and of course, hidden resource Sparta? IDK about EDB editing.

Toxotai Kretikoi: Recruitable with lvl 2 (or 3) Regional KH barracks; lvl 3 (or 4) Regional Ptolemaioi barracks; lvl 4 Regional Barracks with AS, Epe, Mak & Pont. and lvl 5 Else

Sphendonetai Rhodios: Recruitable with lvl 1 (or 2) Regional KH barracks; lvl 3 (or 4) Regional Ptolemaioi barracks; lvl 4 Regional Barracks with AS, Epe, Mak & Pont. and lvl 5 for else

If you would be able to tell me what lines to add/change etc.

Or if these things have already been implemented (I would just reduce the barrack level to 3 at least, also the Mentioned Psiloi) or not able to be implemented.

P.S.: The option 4 in the thread is a complete and utter acknoledgement of 300's ultra hyped historical documentary-like movie

Edit: Spartans would be available as factional only to KH and as regional only to hellenic factions.

I don't like it

Even so, people don't even comment on this, I don't know how to, maybe CW can? I heard he did some EDB editing in Nusantara.
