I would try it this way:
1. Disable this Anti-Virus program both during the download and the installation
2. Disable UAC while installing
3. Do not store the installer under Users, Program Files or inside the Windows folder and don't install RTW and EB inside Program Files.

The up-to-now reported issues that are very similar to this were resolved this way, if it won't work in your case post back!
