Hardee's and McDonald's certainly ain't helping, brah.I cannot outrun a lot of people over a long distance, but I can outrun most for the first 600 feet or so, and then my endurance starts to take a hit. Fat as I am, you would be surprised how many athletic individuals who I can run faster than (and quite a few farther than as well). Long legs help of course.
