you need a video recording program, like Fraps, some editing software, like Windows Movie Maker, and a good rig.

    don't even start :P

you need at least dual and up processor, 4gbs, lots and lots of HD memory and a good graphics card.

    Some recommended specs would be

Processor: Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66GHz
    Ram: 6g DDR3 Triple Channel
    Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce 480
    Mother Board: GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R
    Power Supply: Ocz 750 Watt
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM (x2)

you can still do some editing with what you have now but will take you forever just to process 1 min video :P
