The fuss with terrorism in general is overdone. But Albanians probably get a bad reputation mostly because along with the Serbs their idea of a gang is something we associate with human trafficking, forced prostitution and drugs: i.e. high profile crime, some of it of the worst sort.

Yes but don't underestimate the jihadi's, a lot of the fighters in the Yugoslavian war weren't Yugaslavians, they were from Pakistan and Afghanistan, and they are still there.

Just suggest a charity action to donate massive ammounts of alcoholic drinks to Bosnia and Albania. A former jihadists could be made very friendly if you can persuade them to drink a can of beer or two
