Downloading files from 3d Downloads

I still recieve plenty of emails from patrons complaining they can't download the files from 3D,
invariably such emails include a direct link to the file they want
You cannot download from a direct link to the files

This prevents "link" and bandwidth theft, even my personal sites suffer from bandwidth theft, and Clan Doragon's website was closed last year because of it (i had to find a new host - damn inconvenient),

The Org's files were suffering from "link stealing" and this is one of the reasons the Org was ordered (by our Host) to move the files to the Hosts own specialised download service (3D Downloads).

I have not had any problems with the downloads, it is just sometimes the wait can be lenghty . I find it best to go on early morning or late evening and the wait times are generally not that long.
