Just letting you know I made my account a while back again, I did not hack or use any computer wizardry to post in this forum while being banned,

Sure, anyone can.

I had my computer restored to factory settings for other reasons (to avoid a ban? be serious).

So, if you're gonna ban me again well then ban..

I'm lost where you get this suggestion from: we don't check computer settings.
