I checked the Washington State website (mostly because I could not believe a state would require an art class to get into college) and they require an art class OR an additional academic class. So WSU would work for you, Motep. CR seems like a trustworthy source on the quality of the university.

I thought that was the modification they had made for the incoming class in 2012. : /

Aside from some suggestions mentioned here, consider Berkeley, strong all around, and very strong in some engineering fields.

But yeah, if you are accepted into Harvard or MIT and money isn't an issue, go for it man.

What are you thinking of majoring in?

History, Mechanical Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering.

With Berkley, I have the same issues as with Washington, they want an art.

Oh, I sent washinton an email to clarify things. I am glad the application is due december 15

I'd go for biomedical engineering. Some days I was I had become a chemical engineer rather than an accountant.
