EB CTDs when starting

okay, I've installed EB (again after a year) and not like last time, it CTDs each time I start it. It CTDs when it reaches the "activision" and Licence thingy. I'm on RTW 1.5 btw. can anyone help me?
please I'm desperate on playing this again!!
Patch 1.2 is installed.

when you accept to install EB trivial script it gives the potential reason of the error.
without any error code I have no chance to help...

so unisntalling the trivial script would do?

if you uninstall the trivial script you cannot have a chance to see game errors.
or you need to to create a shortcut in a specific way to show the errors.
but if you crash just after you install the EB I think your installation files may be corrupted because I had no CTD just before entering campaign menu.
